Breaking News: Man Killed After Complaining About Loud Music During Holi

Case Filed Against Neighbour for Murder
In a tragic incident in Maihar district, Madhya Pradesh, a 64-year-old man lost his life after a dispute over loud music during Holi festivities clashed with the need for quiet study time during school exams. According to police officials, the incident occurred on Friday night in Mankisar village under the jurisdiction of Ramnagar police station.
The victim, Shankar Kewat, had politely asked his neighbour, Deepu Kewat, to lower the volume of the music being played on a DJ system during Holi, as his children were preparing for their exams. In response, Deepu and five of his family members attacked Shankar and his father, Munna Kewat.
Tragically, Munna Kewat collapsed during the attack and was pronounced dead upon arrival at a nearby hospital. Deepu and his five relatives have been charged with murder, and authorities are currently working to apprehend them.
