Kannada Actors Caught in Arms Act Case!

Breaking News: Vinay Gowda and Rajath Kishan, known for their roles in Bigg Boss Kannada, have been taken into custody by the Karnataka police. They are facing charges under the Arms Act, 1959, as per police sources.

A complaint was lodged against Vinay Gowda and Rajath Kishan for allegedly brandishing a machete in a video. The authorities acted promptly upon receiving the complaint.

“Vinay Gowda and Rajath Kishan, popular figures from Big Boss Kannada, have been arrested under sections of the Arms Act, 1959, following a complaint about a video where a machete was displayed,” stated S Girish, DCP West Bengaluru.

In a reel created by Vinay Gowda and Rajath Kishan, Gowda can be seen holding a machete, sporting sunglasses, and mimicking actor Darshan’s style as he walks in slow motion. The video gained traction on social media, leading to the filing of an FIR against the duo.

The complaint highlights the act of wielding a machete in a public setting for a reel, causing a sense of fear. The reels were shared on an Instagram account named Bujji.

Upon reviewing the video, law enforcement filed a case under the Arms Act. The act of carrying and showcasing weapons in public spaces to instill fear is a violation of the law, prompting the registration of an FIR against the pair.
